Today I did a quick check up… and I liked what I saw. Sometimes, my job has long hard hours, and I don’t want to

⁃ run

⁃ Lift

⁃ Cook/prep

⁃ Take care of myself.

And over the past couple months here, I was noticing that I didn’t have the pride in my fitness that I used to. I didn’t have that sense of fulfillment, that urge to push harder, be better. And that didn’t freakin Sit right with me. SO….

For the past two weeks or so, I’ve really been trying to MAKE time for me.

MY fitness.

MY sanity.

MY well-being.

And now it’s starting to show 🙂

While I may not look like an IG model, I look like I’m starting to give a f@k about myself again. So that’s a win!
